Pick out your dream home, I will buy it, then we will sign a 2 to 5 year rent-to-own agreement. As part of the agreement, a down payment will be required prior to moving in, plus an additional sum each month that will go towards the agreed upon market value of the home at the end of the rent-to-own agreement.

For example, you pick out a home that's worth $180,000 today. We come to an understanding on a 2-year rent-to-own agreement that the purchase price of the home will be $190,800 after the two years (3% per year). You are able to put $5000 down as deposit and pay $300/month on top of the agreed upon rent of $1200/month. At the end of the two years, you would have contributed $12,200 to the purchase price of the house, leaving $178,600 remaining. Obviously, the more you can put down over the term of the agreement, the less will be remaining on the purchase balance.
