Our program is designed to match your current financial situation and to help you qualify for the financing you need when you purchase the property.

Here's how it works:
1. We will meet with you to determine a plan and budget that works for you.
2. You find/choose a home that you want (with the help of a real estate agent/broker).
3. With a small deposit from you, we buy the home on your behalf and you enter into a Rent to Own agreement (2-3 year term).
4. You will be living in the house before you own it, while you improve your credit, income and downpayment, until you can qualify for your own mortgage.
5. Each month you pay rent and a portion of it is saved for you and will be applied towards the downpayment when you buy the house.
6. When you are ready to take on the mortgage, the house will be sold to you.
