Not only will I be a personal trainer, but a friend and mentor that motivates and pumps you before, during, and after each and every workout. Bring a friend too!

I do group training at a cheaper rate! Nutritional advice and coaching will also be provided. References available if needed. I will carefully customise workout programs that uniquely fit needs , goals and desires of my clients.

Currently I train my clients in the Mississauga location, the gym is "Planetworkout" major intersection "Winston Churchill and Laird road" A gym that has a lot to offer. Fitness equipment, punching bag, yoga studio and lots more!

The gym should not be seen as a chore and I most definitely will not make it feel that way. It will be a fun and enjoyable experience for the both of us. My program will focus on a mix of weight training exercises, plyometrics (a form of cardiovascular activity), and boxing, which will help release that anger that you may have towards your boss! You will see noticeable results!
